Lost Beatles albums

Here’s a little game that I occasionally play. What if the Beatles had never broken up and simply continued making albums? I think the quality would have been very high. Here’s the track listing for the never released 1970 album. I’ve stuck to the Beatles’ average 14 tracks maximum:

01. Maybe I’m amazed

02. My sweet Lord

03. Working Class hero

04. Beaucoups of blues

05. I’d have you anytime

06. Another day

07. Mother

08. What is life?

09. Every night

10. Remember

11. Isn’t it a pity

12. Love

13. All things must pass

14. God

Interesting, don’t you think? Not many McCartney songs worthy of note, the obligatory Ringo song  thrown in, some excellent stuff by Lennon but an album dominated by George Harrison.

Of course, the track listing is debatable but it would have made a fantastic record.
